GTI uses partner fabrication facilities to produce towers, tower components and tower reinforcement material. All facilities are subject to qualification by our management staff and must meet exacting quality control standards. In this way, components meet or exceed our quality and engineering standards. After fabrication, all structural steel is hot-dipped galvanized for maximum environmental protection. When specified for aircraft recognition, the tower sections can be factory or field painted to the required colours and pattern. A complete broadcast structure requires many components. GTI purchases many items from reliable suppliers and distributors who must meet or exceed our quality requirements. Some of these items include fasteners, guy cables, guy hardware, obstruction lighting components, grounding materials, transmission lines and transmission line components.
